The essentials, minus the fluff
The night front desk clerk was incredibly friendly and provided reassurance after a previous poor experience. Rooms were clean, featuring useful amenities like a coffee machine. The location was easy to navigate. Unfortunately, housekeeping could improve, as I received a partially cleaned room and minor disruptions occurred during the morning hours.

Make sure to ask for daily housekeeping service as it requires a 24-hour notice due to staff shortages.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a microwave and refrigerator that made it easy to store snacks. The staff greeted me warmly and assisted promptly with any requests. The location felt safe and was convenient for places I wanted to visit. However, the restaurant and bar were smaller than expected. The breakfast options were also limited, and the schedule for food service seemed a bit inflexible. I would have liked more variety in the breakfast menu.

The friendly front desk clerk made a difference after a prior stay at a different location, bringing some reassurance during check-in. I appreciated the coffee machine in my room for my own organic tea and low acid coffee, which added a personal touch. Unfortunately, the hotel had poorly attentive staff. calls to the front desk mostly went unanswered, and my late checkout request was overlooked. Despite being a Diamond member, no room upgrade was available, even though the hotel seemed quite empty.

The restaurant was charming, though a bit snug, and I felt positively safe during my stay. Clean room, decent amenities, and an indoor pool that looked inviting from afar!
No one warned me I'd need a GPS to navigate the breakfast chaos! Seriously, who knew scrambled eggs could be the venue for a soccer tournament?

A Mixed Bag Stay
Our family had a memorable experience, especially with the breakfast servers who treated us like friends. The cozy room provided a restful retreat after our fun-filled outings. However, the noise from the pool area hindered our relaxation. Request quiet rooms if you prefer peace!

The room was pretty comfy and clean. The beds were nice and cozy, definitely a plus after a long day. I liked having a coffee machine since I brought my own pods. But there were a few downsides—like the toilet was running a lot and that got annoying. Overall, it was decent for a quick stay.

Not great with noise control
So I had a rough time, more noise than I expected during the night. People having a party next door, and the staff didn’t handle it well. I did get a different room eventually, but the noise outside was still a lot. Also, they did have a nice bar area though, which was cool.
